As part of the revamping of my brand, I have migrated my website over to this new domain. As I’m getting things set up, I’d like to update you all on what I have planned for the future. There will be a number of sections of the website rolled out, over the next few months, as the community grows.

Patreon

I will be adding a number of pages specifically for my Patrons. This will include:

  • Hall of Patrons – A page where I can honour my patrons, listing those who support me.
  • Upcoming Events – Keeping you up to date on all Patron Only events, such as build battles, Q&As, livestreams, etc.
  • Patron Hub – At higher tiers, some of my patrons will be given editor rights on this website, to develop their own gaming blog.
  • Pledge Details – Listing each pledge, as it is rolled out. I will give current Patrons details about new pledges ahead of time.

YouTube

I am looking at a range of options to add more interoperability between my website, and my YouTube channel. I’m hoping to be able to add embedded videos, and link comments between the sites. This might mean that you will have to sign into the website using your YouTube account, to be able to synchronise comments and watch history.

Over the next year, I will be adding a large range of games to my repertoire.

  • Point and Click Adventure Games
    • Broken Sword 2.5: The Return of the Templars
    • Broken Sword 3: The Sleeping Dragon
    • Broken Sword 4: The Angel of Death
    • Broken Sword 5: The Serpent’s Curse
    • The Secret of Monkey Island
    • Monkey Island 2: LeChuck’s Revenge
    • The Curse of Monkey Island
    • Escape from Monkey Island
    • Tales from Monkey Island
    • Discworld
    • Discworld 2: Missing Presumed…
    • Discworld Noir
    • The Legend of Kyrandia: Book 1: Fables and Fiends
    • The Legend of Kyrandia: Book 2: Hand of Fate
    • The Legend of Kyrandia: Book 3: Malcom’s Revenge
    • Gabriel Knight: Sins of the Fathers
    • Gabriel Knight II: The Beast Within
    • Gabriel Knight III: Blood of the Sacred, Blood of the Damned
  • Open World Survival Games
    • Vintage Story SMP
    • ARK: Survival Evolved
    • Minecraft
  • Sandbox Games
    • Medieval Engineers

Twitch

I have recently started livestreaming on Twitch. I would like to try to grow my audience on Twitch as much as possible over the next few months. I’ll be running livestream only series of games, bringing the community into the game with Name Pools. More information about this will be given as it becomes available.

In order to do this, I will need a number of volunteers to act as moderators. Applications for these roles will happen much closer to the time.

Blog

My blog will be the place you can come to find updates for the website, as well as writings in a number of different areas. I’m looking into doing written reviews for first impressions of games. I’ll also be updating my Patrons on events, new pledges, roadmaps, and Patron Only goodies.

If any of my viewers wish to become editors for this blog, and be able to publish your own reviews, please contact me via the contact page, giving examples of previous work.

Resources

The resources section of the site will include links to downloads for all kinds of things:

  • Trainers and Cheat Tables – Bespoke programs and tables that change the way you can play some games.
  • World Downloads – After an SMP series has finished, I will upload the world for you to download and explore.
  • Graphical Design – A portfolio of my graphical design work. I use these works as examples when applying for freelance positions.
  • Music and Sound Effects – Self-composed music and sound effects that I release under a Creative Commons license.

Forums

Once the community grows to the point that it can sustain it, I will be adding a Forum to the website. This will be a place where people can chat about gaming, technology, and pretty much anything else. There will be sub-forums for Twitch and YouTube, and a gated section where my Patrons can enjoy their own exclusive forum.

In order to do this, I will need a number of volunteers to act as moderators. Applications for these roles will happen much closer to the time.
